  1. Where there is wood on wood contact rub some paraffin or candle wax on it to reduce friction.

  7. My PCP did a chicken pox antibody test on me and confirmed that I did have them as a child, which I didn't know for sure. It's my understanding, you only need the shingles vaccine if you have had the chicken pox.

  9. I have seen one Walkers Game ear for hunting. They are expensive though, never tried them. I asked my audiologist about them with my hearing aids and he was strongly opposed to their use in high noise situations. I thought I could just turn off the hearing aids and use them with ear muffs.
  10. That is my thought as well. Dressing it will correct the offset relative to the body.
  11. Our only local steel supplier used to have a drops bin. A couple of years ago they discontinued it due to liability issues. Several machine shops will sell small drops by the pound but you have to ask them and know what you want.
  12. For my Star 30 pounder, I have it set up for 120 BPM, that's plenty fast for me and what I do with it. Any faster and it gets scary.

  14. What they don't tell you is if you have had or are currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma, you should not get either shingles vaccine. I had to dig deep in the literature to find that out and the only doctor (Oncologist) I have knew about that.
