  1. Mike, Just a heads up, I cant make it to the hammer in but Tom wanted me to ask you to pick up him and about 25 others at the airport. Dick
  2. Spent 10 years in Wisconsin and a block heater for the engine was a must in the winter. Was on an airport crash recue crew working 24 hour shifts and an airport is one of the coldest places to work besides a rail yard and ship yard. Been there done that on all three. I had a standard shift pickup and in the mornings after it got started you had to sit in it and hold the clutch in so it wouldn't stall till it warmed everything up. And I well remember that flat tires going down the road, shook everything.

  4. i have done 4-5 using a bandsaw. 150 is a real project. if yoou start now you may have them done by graduation in the spring. good luck.

  6. you may be still finding your way around here but you surely know you way around a forge and anvil. nice work.
  7. i recently shipped a package to hawaii, weighed 11.1.4 lbs. cost 48 bucks and was a 3 day delivery, priority. insurance and tracking a bit extra. was more than happy with results and so was customer.
  8. would have been a major pucker event. lots of laughs later.
  9. i couldnt make quad-state this year but i always figured if you couldnt find it there you didnt need it.

  11. I'm inclined to go with the baby buggy frame. It is only half of it, there would be another piece identical for the other side.
