Patrick Dempsey, Jock's son, has reported on anvilfire.com that Jock passed away in early January.  In pace requiescat!

What's going to happen with the website is currently undetermined.

I was going to finally meet PawPaw face to face at Quadstate one year.  Instead I got to give him the "parting toast".

Sad news. At least he didn't take all of his knowledge with him. May his family find some comfort in that fact.

so sorry to hear of his passing...prayers for the family.  on another note, does anyone know how to contact anvilfire to inquire about orders.  I placed an order for some Fuchs forge ease, card was charged but have had no communication about my order??  i've tried calling the number on the anvilfire site but no answers....any help would be appreciated.

I just looked in over there,

an there’s a statement that says the store has been closed and they are trying to get it turned off,

the advice given there on site was to cancel all orders with your PayPal or credit card,

Twistedwillow....i'm not seeing that on the anvilfire.com site??  In fact when I go there and click store...it's saying "Welcome to our new online store....our new store is ready to go....."
