No, I'm sorry now I piped up. Those teeth would surely burn off. I get so many ideas that I can't think them through fast enough. You should see my pile of failures. I started off just wanting to tell that butterflys have scales. I'm going to build a bomb cabinet just for my own piece of mind and test purposes.

Wow. I was just thinking of heating one to white or yellow hot and appyling low pressure air to a slot and expanding it. I'm not sure what your describing. Bomb cabinets.... Hydraulics? No more gedanken for me.

I actually wondered about doing a mini version of inflating one for a fish after reading this....somehow. You know butterflys have scales, it's actually where their color comes from. Bird legs/feet too, and many other things. What fun it all is......

That video's really not that big of a deal, I just mounted a spike "knife" on a motor shaft that goes round. I was just looking for ideas. I hope you can figure it out. I am having trouble embeding a photo in a simple email...... For sure. I can set any speed. I have some ideas on hiding the motor as well. I can get some nice sandstone slabs if I can bore a hole in them. I also like the idea of a rotating sculpture..... . Lamps good too. Thanks.

I wonder if something like this could be a marketable item for people that sell things at hammer in's and festivals, etc.... The turner, not the spike knife.... I know I could scale it up to 150 lb anvil or more. Table top ones for little smithed items or floor models for big things. This ones going a bit fast.

I doubt it. Look how close his head is to that crank. Might make a fun automated diorama. A lot of bad engineering in that one.

I despise them as well. I got cleaned out once when I was out of town a long time ago. They got everything but I can't replace my dad's Stevens side by side double barrel 410. I often wonder where it's at today. It's usually somebody that's seen what you have. I hope they catch them.
