  3. you can get them at "Woodcrafter" ...there is one in Harrisburg down the street from Harbor Freight ...can't remember the name of the street

Drako, as far as exercises ...hold your ands together as if starting to pray point your fingers down and bring your hands up clost to your chin and push hands together .do this a fw times also fold one hand down at the wrist and push against it with your other hand ..do both hands try this before you start and again it they start bothering you
  6. you could always use a line post for chain link fence from lowes or home depot or a company that installs fence ...also you could use 3 inch made of sheet metal for vent pipes for gas water heaters sold at the hardware store
  7. i sure hope you have a power hammer...I've made several tools from and it will tire you out with a hand hammer does make good tools
  8. if the drum will hold water put a drain plug on it and fill with water and use as a slack tub and vise stand..drain the water when you want to move it
  9. you might try stove cement ...might even mix it with broken fire bricks...try one of the harware stores around you

  11. I mounted and Articulated Lamp above my grinder I can put the light where I need it, it also uses a larger blub so I get more light ...it will swing over to my drill press so I get double duty out of it

  16. you know the way he has that made you could put a 1" hole in one end and a flat face on the other and just turn it over when you wanted to use the other...plug weld a solid chunk in in the anvil face and a plug weld a one inch plate with your square hole in the other
  17. I was thinking along the lines of tube within a tube using the two bolts on the bottom putting holes every inch or so. another option would be to use screwjack that they use to lift houses with I think it would take the beating

I'm making one a the moment the base a brake drum from a tilt bed wrecker with 3/8plate welded to the top with a 4" square tube for the up-right filled with all the cutoff I could find then the steel tabs from 40 pounds of wheel weights with a bit of the lead added to hold it together. the top is 3/4 plate with a one inch square hole ...I am going to block in around the hole with more 3/4x 2" long then weld it to the top of the 4 inch post. the whole thing weighs about 125 pounds and is about the same hight as my anvil

  21. I have noticed but not tried the screw off of an older office chair. The ones I have seen are 1 inch and about as long as the vice screw . most of the time you can get them for free
