  8. I see your point ...funny we all are speaking English but! I think your own to something here. I know in America that the different area's say things in a different way . a few years ago Reader's Digest put out a dictionary on American Colloqulalism that really pointed that out... How would you suggest going about this ...posting a picture with a question as what do you call this where your from?
  9. are you talking about an online depositary of the information ?
  10. Iforge Iron is the US distributor for Hofi hammers...seems there is some kind of riff with all the people who Hofi showed how to make this style of hammer. I have noticed the last few threads talking about big blu, tom clark, jack pine seem to disappear. did they send you any information as to why? you might send a message to Glenn and ask its his web site. I believe that Glenn gets a kickback for each hammer sold to fund the website. I would think he would have it open for discussion jim

  15. after reading through this thread most people are wearing leather glovs at least on their tong hand. I've been doing the same thing at the end of the day i can't even was my hands because they hurt... At the Madison conference I was talking with Mr Kain of Kain and son about the problem he pointed out that leather makes your hand sweat then when you get near the heat it makes steam ..the light blub went off I was cooking my hands inside my leather gloves. I have switched to cotton mill gloves and also a pair of kevlar
