    most of the "modern" weapons barrels are 4140 and have a rc harness of 36-38 if i remember right.but don't hold me to this it was read in passing some where, best of luck and do be careful. jmmy

    alot has to do with ambient tempature.if you run motor oil go non-detergent,if it is self-changing go cheap.what ever you use..don't let it go dry

    hey dodge. i don't see any probs. with a common ground, but i wouldn't ground to the cart. i would pig tail them togather in a isolated box,using copper connectors,and, a bolt,loc washers. make sure all surfaces are clean and shiny.and well insulated. but like all advice...ya get what you pay for..and this is free.. so i hope it is right and helps you, jimmy

    just chunk up some dried wood. i use mesquite and just add in a few pieces as needed.but i still prefer coal but that is scarce in west texas, have fun, jimmy

    for a hot cut i made it out of leaf spring. welded it to a flat piece and then welded on a piece of 1" sq. tubing for the shank, made chisels out of coil and just hardened the working end, leaving the striking end soft, i only ground one side so i have a straight cut instead of a "chisel cut if you know what i mean, hope this helps. jimmy

    went to see the drs. today....PET scan looks good,and health is maintaining ok,so maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel..but we're not out of the woods yet.thanks for the prayers and support. jimmy & mary

    it is said, it takes all types..i just wish they would stop proving it...i believe there are people out there worth helping/teaching but i don't know where they are kept

    i have tryed a beard but it was a pain, a mustache for ever till the chemo/radiation and it looked like a reverse Hitler so i shaved what was left off, but i uncovered alot of ugly so i will see if it will grow back soon...i hope
