  1. what type of drill bits are you using? may need a better bit say in the tungston/carbide or maybe drill speed, or pilot hole may help, good luck, jimmy

  5. there is a brake band on the bottom wheel no its not..is a belt..my bad
  6. also remember that when you mount it if to it so some on a wider door or window you will add leverage to it so some "tight" may be more desirable

  12. i have used "brass" hammers and pipe wrenches in the oil patch because of possable explosive atmospheres eather way it is used for a non sparking impact device. hope this helps jimmy
  13. also the peen makes a great paper gasget cutter.a small one of coarse.you can also use it to flair pipe

  15. here is a coupleof things to remember.face tank valve in a safe direction and crack valve to blow out any thing on the face a short burst will do. acet. needs to be regulated below 15 psi because it is unstable at higher psi. usually 7 psi will work.it is recommended toback off regulators when not in use. i'm guilty of not doing it but ALWAYS stay clear of the T handle when you turn the tanks on. be safe.jimmy

  24. been there done that..but my line of work was a little more "specialized". but i have been doing it for 30 yrs. but it has been my experience that when you land a job the offers start comming in...but such is life. any job now days is a blessing! any way good luck and you will be in my prayers. jimmy
