I don't know of any budget presses and if I did I wouldn't put my well being in their midst.

It will help you get the best out of the forum. I'm sure the burner gurus will need more information on your setup to give you an idea whats wrong.
Aubry your forge looks good. My suggestion is to move it outside when running, especially if the garage is attached to the house. Propane forges emit CO which is odorless & tasteless and deadly. CO will infiltrate the house and CO poisoning is nothing to take a chance with. Make sure you have CO detectors working.
Definitely go through the wall with Uri Hofi style side draft. We did the two coal forges at ESSA like that (modified closer to the outside wall) and they are super suckers for sure.
A link for those who have not seen them.

What did you pay for it in 2015? be a good starting point in figuring out price per pound where you are located.
Last year I bought a 106 pound Hay Budden for $1.89 U.S. per pound.
We won't remember this once leaving this post, hence the suggestion to edit your profile to show location, as in this post. READ THIS FIRST

The weather head on our coal forge was easy to make out of thin stainless steel opening is 1.5x the diameter of the flue. It works very well and only lets water in if the wind is blowing hard in the right direction. The pictures you have would let water in from any direction with wind.

BTW: What else other than the tags you put in do you want to know about it?
It also depends on how bad you want/need an anvil on what one is willing to pay. If I needed or really wanted it, I would take $400 cash and do my best haggling.
I don't think Henry Wright is a rare maker and at $3.64 U.S. per pound for it, with the worn edge like that it to me is a little high. If it passed the rebound and ring test it will probably sell at that price however, I would pass.
We still have no idea where in the world you are located, hence the suggestion to edit your profile to show location. A lot of answers are dependent upon location. Also I think the Read This First thread addresses the use of the @(name) tag.
Welcome to IFI... Where in the world it's located would also help. That's why it is suggested to edit your profile to show location and read this to get the best out of the forum. READ THIS FIRST
Welcome to Ifi... Your English is just fine, much better than my Italian. If you edit your profile to show your location it will help when answering questions. This will help getting the best out of the forum. READ THIS FIRST
I also replaced a couple of fluorescent lights with LED's. One in the Smithy with a pull chain so I can turn it off when looking at the steel color and the other over my work bench in the garage, wow what a difference. I plan to eventually replace all the lamps in both shops.
