Yes, more info please. I also TOTALY get the HSS aspect of gravers. Really is a simple thing to understand that the steel needs to not loose its hardness when being sharpened.

So I have taken a little break from forging and the idea of making my own gravers BUTT now I'm BACK! ;-) and I was hoping you would share some of your own home made gravers and if ou are feelin up to it maybe a write up on how you made them.

There are a few tutorial on you tube on how to make a pneumatic graver machine. That's the route I'm going.

That forum being defunct, this tutorial is now being hosted elsewhere; a web search will find it.
