  1. I made one out of just clay it works great. I would say start with a weal well from a trailer with some piping it works great. I use an old furnace blower.

  3. Yes you are going the right way with that junk. You can make a forge out of about anything as long as you have a blower or bellows. If you have the money go on eBay and get your self a good old blower the Buffalo blowers ,last for ever as long as you take care of it, also do not be afraid of rust on the blower . I made a good forge out of weal well for a boat trailer. It gets about 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit. I would suggest a coal forge use either black smith coal or anthracite coal. Start it using charcoal.
  4. I think that is awesome. It sure looks like you are having fun. some people say things like making rr spike knifes or tomahawks is terrorism, but I think it is doing a good deed to your community. They just sit there and rust. You are paying people with your taxes to go pick them up.
  5. I have made some arrow heads before try first making trade points. Trade point are easy to make.Google search for trade points some of them are helpful.

  8. do not buy one of those barbecue hand crank blowers. they are small not efficient and break very easily they are made out of plastic. i know this because i bought one.
  9. nice looking forge. Is the identical blower up for sale if so how much ? if it works and if it is a good price i might buy it. if i do i will pay for shipping also.

  15. drill some holes and rivet it to any thickness of mettle . use pop rivets.
  16. i have some pretty odd spikes to. i know what it means . it is different quality steal you go to a hard will tell you what it means ware store.

  19. thank you very much I live near Cleavland Ohio. The name of my suburb is Bavillage. I made a bellows , it works but, does not give enough air. i wish i could show a photo but, i do not have a camera.
  20. i am new here and i made 4 diffident forges so far but, i cant find a cheap yet reliable blower. please help thank you .
