Don't take that knife to Basic because it will be taken away from you. Safe it for when you get to your unit and put it on your gear. Plus I bet you will have people that want one too...

After forge work or grinding I use a Nettie Pot and rinse out the sinuses. Oh my god you will surprised on what comes out.
