The celebration will be held at Fiddlers Grove in Lebanon Tennessee and free to all current AACB members. The celebration format is basically a hammer in with lots of forging. The celebration objectives are: Have fun and entertain Demonstrate blacksmith skills Provide and promote opportunities for individuals to do what they have seen demonstrated. Learn by doing. Jack Wheeler will demonstrate Tomahawk making Friday morning. This will be a first class event. Tho free, pre-registration required for name tags and to know how many to prepare for.

How do we move AACB to the active list?

We're having a 50th anniversary celebration 17-18 April 2015, at Fiddlers Grove in Lebanon, Tennessee. Free to all AACB members.

I'm surprised that there are not more AACB folks on I Forge Iron.

2 Were at our convention in May, one for $1100.00 the other for $1200.00. Both were 7inches and in fair condition. I thought the price was a little high. But they were awesome vices.

I've not weighted it yet but it feels heavier than my 120# anvil. It's all I can do to carry it! Of course it matters not who made it, only that it operates correctly, and it does. I'm just curious if there might be history.

Picked up a 6" leg vice at the 127 Yard Sale. In real good shape for as old as it must be especially. The only markings I can find on it are the numbers "2996" above the screw. it has the "V" style bracket. Any ideas of its origins? Thanks.

Foot vices are really handy when you need a third hand real fast.
