January 13, 200917 yr Well, it happened. Went to work today only to be told I'm no longer employed. I know I'm not the only one here that is in a state of unemployment, so if you have time and such, would you please pray for those of us that are in search of a job. I truly appreciate your heart and time! James
January 13, 200917 yr James, you and yours and everyone else who is looking for employment will be in my thoughts and prayers as we enter into this new economic era.

January 13, 200917 yr Author Jimmy, kind of feel like I was tossed from the window... LOL I'm really praying for a door. A BIGGGGGG door, swung open good and wide...LOL
January 13, 200917 yr I'll be Praying for you Brother, Times are getting rough and alot of people are losing there job's. and I think its going to get alot worse and may never get better..
January 13, 200917 yr I'll be praying for all the unemployed, I just came really close myself, the co. I work for, like a lot of others I'm sure, are looking to get rid of anyone they can to try and save a dollar, I've been at this place for 15 years and they tried to fire me, for political reasons mostly but also because I'm among the top rate employee's. I've always been a little on the fence about the unions but they saved my job, well actually I think it was all the praying. welder19
January 13, 200917 yr Will do my friend, the emotions are tough, I know, I was notified by e-mail, but God is good, use the time wisely my friend.
January 13, 200917 yr I was layed off work 3 weeks ago, but i have alot of time to do what i want. Il be returning in a month or 2 though as its seasonal work mostly. To all who are unemployed -Good luck-
January 13, 200917 yr I pray that all who lost their jobs find a way to make ends meet. The last time I lost a job was in '93, haven't had one since. I couldn't stand having my fate in someone else's hands. Now it is just me and God. Keep the faith.
January 13, 200917 yr Well ain't that the pits! Not the best way to start the week off. I will be praying for you and your family. It is almost harder on them then you. Just keep thinking about the sparrow. It has a lot of scratching to do before it finds something to sustain it but He knows about it's every move and yours too. He will not fail you. Praying for you, Jerry:cool:
January 13, 200917 yr You are on my list here too. Hopefully it won't be long for you, I have been there myself and these days I think an awful lot of us are just waiting for that shoe to drop. Tough times. I know this sounds rough now because this sort of thing always seems to happen at the worst possible time but the big guy upstairs always has more in store for us than we know so keep the faith. Where you are tommorow will likely be better so in the short term, yea, that really sucks but in the long run these things have a way of working out for the better. Good luck. Dan.
January 14, 200917 yr That stinks James, I'll put you on the list. I'll put in a word for a wide flung door but know you'll jam your toe into one that's just cracked. Frosty
