VaughnT
Obviously not one of my knives used!! :D
Glenn
A knife that is not sharp is dangerous. As to the knife being too sharp, I would suggest that the chef was a little heavy handed. (grin)
BIGGUNDOCTOR
Looks like they used a cleaver instead of a knife :-)
arkie
The knife was not too sharp...the board was too soft
Crazy Ivan
Depends entirely on the intended application! Don't use a splitting maul to cut carrots and don't use a chefs knife to chop down a cherry tree. If you want to do both, try a khukri haha. -Crazy Ivan
ianinsa
Too Sharp? It didn't even touch that pretty checkered surface

bigfootnampa
Well... yes! If your wife likes to use her thumb as a cutting board... it can! We'd been married twenty years before my wife finally realized that I keep all the knives SHARP... ALL the time!

rthibeau
a truly sharp knife cuts painlessly.....but if one really knew how to use it they wouldn't cut them selves.........otherwise a sharp knife cuts with less effort so if'n yer lazy.......... :)
