February 4, 20233 yr Hi Everyone, I haven’t been around for a while, busy on farm but thought I would show my recent sculptures. Any moment of free time I try and get to the shed to get them done. Snake and Goanna where for my husband’s Christmas presents. The horses have helped me develop more muscle and the illusion of what they are. Horses! Hope you enjoy them, and hope you all had a great Christmas and will have a great year
February 4, 20233 yr You have a way of bringing the steel to life. No idle hands in your shop, thanks for sharing.
February 4, 20233 yr Very nice! Your work always inspires me to improve my own. Such detail. I love them all but my favorite is the work horse with the snake a close second.

I spend a lot of time trying to get that moment when they go from being a sculpture to where I can actually feel them come alive. No idle hands here. And thankyou 8 hours ago, Scott NC said: Very nice! Your work always inspires me to improve my own. Such detail. I love them all but my favorite is the work horse with the snake a close second. Scott, thanks my friend, We all improve with practice and for me patience and persistence. Sometimes I bet bogged in the detail, but they are beautiful and happy with them. You picked my favourites to in those ones. Love Atlas and the snake. Thank you
February 4, 20233 yr Thanks for the look at your work Cathsonn I like it a lot. I think my favorite is the monotreme, "echidna?" and baby. Your sculptures do an excellent job of suggesting life and motion. Frosty The Lucky.

Thanks Frosty, I try hard to capture the essence or life of the animal, and movement. Makes them real for me when this happens. The monotreme (mother and puggle), took so long, each spine being shaped. Love the little puggle, he is nearly saying “where are we going mum?” Haha. thanks Frosty, appreciate the comment
February 4, 20233 yr Heh, heh, heh, what that piece says to me is, "Where do you think you're going kid?" Or maybe, "No you don't, NOT again!" Frosty The Lucky.
