Anachronist58
I am so amazed by the level of art and craftsmanship exhibited by the people on this forum. Every now and then I post a compliment, but most of the time I feel so humbled by what I see.... All I can think of to say to many of you is, "if only I could sweep your floor and clean out your firepot for a few years..... Beautiful. bikecopXXX
Beautiful How long of a piece do you start with? Does the wrap hold the blade out on the end of the shaft or is it wedged there? like with a wood and metal wedge like an axe or hammer... LastRonin
I love your gravings. Do you come up with your own knotwork designs? The execution of them is brilliant, the graceful flow and evenness of the lines. The ones I've seen from you haven't been overwhelming to the piece, rather they compliment them. Benton Frisse
Chris, I just can't help myself from commenting on all of your posts. Just simply beautiful, my man. Just simplistic, yet beautiful with the designs on the blade. I'm working on a few similar designs out of 7/8'inch square stock at the moment. Drew some inspiration from your historic looking pieces! Are these commissions or just for your personal collection?
