I also do it to show new students about the invisible "Dragon's Breath" a propane forge puts out. Wave your arm in front of the door and the frizzled arm hair really impresses them with the hazard.

This is why I use an air curtain.

All I can think of when I see or feel that dragons breath is dollar bills  burning up faster than the hairs on your arm!

It took quite a bit of R&D but I actually succeeded in taming the nefarious dragons tongue.

Start with a good smithing/coking coal. Add a magic mushroom made from a couple sheets of the thrifty nickel or your local equivalent. If the blacksmithing gods truly smile on you, this will magically change to coke. The gasses produced by this rare substance can be controlled and one canteach, with the proper philosophy, this now docile and totally usable dragons tongue to reach for the skys and not those pesky hairs on the aforemention`d and harshly treated forearm.
