Black Frog
Seeing how I was given the moniker "Vise Whisperer" for some awesome vise finds a while ago, I figured I'd at least provide some ongoing evidence of the bestowed title.Went to an auction to look at an anvil, it ended up going too high for me but I did see something else that had my interest. A 7" Iron City post vise, darn near like new, everything is there (spring, mounting parts, tapered keys) and with the stand. Threads look perfect and the jaws look almost unused. I thought it would've been quite silly to pass this up for $200. She is a beefy girl. Edited April 21, 2015 by Black Frog

Eddie Mullins
She's a beauty. I scored a 6" Iron City recently, but that one is a beast. Mine is just under a 100 lbs.
Black Frog
Just weighed it, actually it is a 7.25" jaw. It weighs just a tick over 150# on my 300# scale.....Not gonna float away, that's for sure.
