Thomas Dean
Wondering if there is any way these can be loaded here on IFI. YouTube is blocked at my work and I have dialup here at home. I would love to view these. I doubt any copyright laws would be violated but then I'm no lawyer! ( fortunately )
petersenj20
These can be downloaded by going to SaveTube - Save YouTube Videos In the box paste the link to each video. It will create a link to download the actual file, You lose quality when you capture streams so this is the uploaded file. Download the file and then convert with a program like SUPER found at http://download.videohelp.com/download/SUPERsetup200824.exe it is free and has pretty good quality. Send me a PM if you want a disk.
Brian Carlson
In part 2, at around 4:23. One of the smiths is sighting down the metal, while another holds something rectangular and white while kneeling down. Whats the second smith holding and whats its purpose? Thanks, Brian
John B
I would assume it is a sighting board or piece of white card/metal to allow the smith a better view down the bar when examining it for straightness,
