They are pipe tongs.

well teeny tong pic is a brake spring removing tool auto work !

the first pic looks like it grabs round stock or pipe easy & I will add it will grab many size's not just one :)

I really need to make one of those LOL !

You will also find a lot of them with an adjustable thumb screw to set for different sizes.

 Hmm...crescent tongs?  I know, spri g remover.  But that's a handy idea.  I might have to figure out how to make adjustable tongs.

find some old slip joint pliers and re forge them

Used for scoring and cutting things e.g. pipes or bars.

It's a wrench thingy.

I used a tool very similar to that to stretch brake springs when changing shoes.
