Flesh Fork

Featured Replies

It is a great pleasure to look at such fine work.

That sure is a pretty fork!! Love the little details, very fine.

Once again a very nice piece of work Mike. Small wonder I'm getting to expect nothing less.

Frosty The Lucky.

LOL... Seeing this and other items on here... my wife is getting a little more excited about me getting my forge closer to operating. We both love the piece, and it has inspired an idea for a set I hope to some day be able to produce.  I believe she expects me to pick this up as fast as I have some other hobbies... keep me in your prayers.

That is a very nice piece of forging. What would you charge for it at the crafts show?

I have not sold at craft shows very often ( too lazy to do the set up and tear down )

This Fork is larger than it appears in the photo ( its about 23 inches long )

The price that I have on it is 60.00

But I still have it too.  :) . so that says something I guess.

My experience has been that a smith has as much time in a well made flesh fork as he/she does in a well made fire poker. Yet it seems to be difficult to get the price needed for the fork, simply because of its size.

That is some mighty fine forging you done made there, I like that a lot, you done good. Now make a hundred of them and you're in the flesh hook business.

love the details on that fork! really beautiful and unique :)
