December 22, 200916 yr My mother that never gets, at least not admit to being sick anyway, and she refuses to even get a check up at a doctors; has been sick for a month and seen the Dr 3x in the past week, plus another apt is set for Wednesday. She can not see in her left eye now, nor have much control of her left side in general. The major doses of antibiotics have had no effect other than the G.I. effects expected with such levels. She is in her late 70's so Dad is scared she is going, whether that is a fact remains to be seen. Xmas gathering this year has been canceled/postponed.
December 22, 200916 yr She is on the list. Do go visit with her this Christmas, if nothing more than to drop by and say hello. It will make a difference, to both of you.
December 22, 200916 yr best wishes from the uk too steve - hope she recovers and it turns out to be something simple
December 22, 200916 yr Steve, stuff like this is never easy, but seems so much worse during this season, I pray that your mom is healed and enjoys many more Christmases! Take care pal.
December 22, 200916 yr Steve, sorry to hear about your Mom. Prayers for her and a completer recovery. I hope that ya'll rethink postponing CHRISTmas. The joy of having a loving family around her could make a difference in her healing. I also will pray for your Dad's strength during this time.
December 22, 200916 yr Steve, Bad time of year for this but then again there never is a good time of year for this. Give Mom and Dad as much as you can but don't neglect you own family, I know from experience it's easy to do. I will be praying for you and your parents. God's peace rest upon you in the days to come.
December 23, 200916 yr Steve, I will pray for your whole family, I'm sorry you are having such a tough year. Bill
