One issue that I don't see anyone addressing about that point of view... If every time those questions were asked, all the info was given again, the data quantity that Glenn has to pay for to keep this free to us site working ( as well as it can at least) would increase greatly.
The problem with that Is the amount of structural integrity the frame needs. It takes definite skill to produce welds good enough for that. I know I don't have it.

With the crew so far (myself included), there's likely to be more wisecracks and fun than serious rp. Lol. Don't get me wrong, I am capable and do enjoy serious rp... I just have trouble resisting a fun/funny sideslip.
Where are you? There are probably more smiths closer than you realize and face to face can teach you way more in one afternoon than a month or more of YouTube and trial and error.

I don't know if I can agree with you there Frosty. Jim Coke's piece there has an organic enough flow and look to it, all that would be needed to fit the 'stick' designation would be to use rounded stock and maybe some bark texturing. Shoot, make the bottom two tabs leaves... golden.
I can't help by giving his name, I don't know him. But I do have a suggestion, perhaps if you posted a pic of the burner you have, someone might recognize the design and be more help. Good luck with the hunt.
