    I know Dan well He lives about 45 minutes away from me and has demoed here numerous times An Outstanding Smith and you would be hard pressed to find a nicer individual. Ive got several of his Dragons on different pieces

    They are wiped with a towell soaked in peanut oil or some other vegetable oil while at a black heat Spraying them with PAM at that heat will work too.

    MizuPsi Thanks Its easier to do than its is to explain but i'll try First get your piece good and hot Clamp it in your vise Bend it 90 degrees at the vise jaw Bend it 90 degrees again back toward the original direction while pushing back towards the vise jaw. This has to be done quickly while you have the heat. That steak turner was made from 1/2 of a railroad spike so its not as long as the others and its about 5/16" diameter

    Research the ( walk and the talk ) of folders Ive not made a lot of them but when you have the walk and the talk right it makes all the difference in the world in the quality of the knife

    Get in touch with Blacksmith Barn in michigan He may purchase it or at least tell you the value. Although not very useful these days , I have seen them go pretty high

    I have not sold at craft shows very often ( too lazy to do the set up and tear down ) This Fork is larger than it appears in the photo ( its about 23 inches long ) The price that I have on it is 60.00 But I still have it too. :) . so that says something I guess.
