I will try to weight it on a platform scale for a more actuate weight... I was very surprised at the weight displayed on our scale... I was thinking it would be about 410 lbs. Thank you Marc !! no worries !! absolutely no grinding or welding shall be done on this anvil !! just hot metal pounded onto its face !! JT

November 30, 20169 yr Thats a beauty! According to AIA S/N would put it some between 1901 and 1912. I would estimate around 1910 if you just average the numbers.
