Crazy Ivan
Beautiful as always Rich! Especially the detail on the bolster and pommel. -Crazy Ivan
DRoberts
i really like the way the grooves in the stag handle are extended into the metal a few mm's. really visually merges the handle components. haven't seen that before.

mike-hr
Real pretty, Cap'n Rich. I'm going to throw my cards down, Is the antler split down the middle, then re glued back together? The plane of the tang should exit the antler about 2 inches from the end. I've been machining a while, and never once drilled a predictable curved hole. Maybe the end cap is blind glued in? Thanks for spinning my brain, mike
Rich Hale
The end cap is snuggly threaded onto the tang.......
LastRonin
While I'm not at the skill level to make knives yet, I've been a blade enthusiast for a few decades. I love your work and WILL someday (the good Lord willing) add at least one of yours to my collection. I have to agree that the continuation of the antler's grooves into the metal of the bolster and end cap sets it off beautifully. The lines and flow of the whole thing are spot-on. Any chance of a pic of the end cap? What are the dimensions of the knife?
