Don A
I met a gentleman on a reenactment forum that makes really beautiful 18th wooden lanterns. He sells his work at trade fairs and such, so he wanted a couple hangers for a custom sign he had made. He asked for one free-standing hanger and one pole-mounted hanger. This is what I came up with: The free-standing one is built to take down for easy transport: Here they are with his sign: Don

TomN
Very nicely executed work. Beautiful lines and it looks even better with the sign and lamp hanging on it. Great craftmanship all round. What did you use to finish your work? I was expecting paint, as it is going to be outside a lot.
