  1. Frosty I figured out how to fix my profile. I would love to build a brick forge because I have the stuff to build one not sure on dimensions, but I suppose that is one of my questions. I know that I won't be making professional pieces for who knows how long but I have the desire and time .Someone suggested starting with a small portable forge but I am worried about out growing it .I think the hot box size I think is a good size is 10inx12inx4or6indeep I realize I don't know the terms for Blacksmithing but I will learn I only wish it was hands on instead of reading. If there is any thing else you could share with me it would be appreciated.

    Thanks
