A couple of fly press issues
I know this is a several year late reply, but your press appears similar to mine, which has the original depth stop collar. I'm attaching a few pictures in the event it is helpful to you or someone else.

Beaudry setup questions
John, I'm not sure if it'll be of help, but on Facebook marketplace, in Merritt, NC, there is a Beaudry for sale. It is misspelled as "Baudry" Power Hammer. I believe the seller is the wife of a retired smith, and they may be able to get you some pictures and/or info. Good luck the hammer is impressive. Also, in this video the guy makes the tower for his Beaudry.

Guillotine treadle hammer
Pault, it's been a while since this post but how did these work on hammer eyes?

Just saw it in a fleamarket. Thought it was unique enough to get a picture.
These were part of a set which included a drill brace. http://vintagemachinery.org/mfgindex/detail.aspx?id=11199

Electric Jack Hammer for Large Scale Repousse
Matthew Harris Studios did something similar. I know there YouTube short of him making the tooling. I believe I saw the longer video of the actual project, but I can't put finger on it.

1887 Holthaus (?) with unique base
Very nice!

We can rationalize it, right?
I just searched my favorite browser for anvils in your area. That "500lb" Fisher look alike anvil in P-cola was just dropped to 1,200 per facebook marketplace. That may be striking range for your price point.

Identify this 500 lb anvil please
Didnt someone post about this anvil a month back? Probably not 500lb.

Is the middle weight ALWAYS within the "solid wrought" circle stamp on Peter Wright anvil?
I have a Peter Wright and the stamp is very similar to the anvil you posted.

C. Hammelmann ,star portable forge
Is this similar to your forge? https://www.iforgeiron.com/topic/63339-info-on-forge/ All patents from Hammelmann. Maybe you will find what you need in here https://www.datamp.org/patents/search/xrefPerson.php?id=5406

modular removable gate for agricultural land in the countryside
Thanks Frosty. And you're right - make your place too much work and the trouble makers will move on.

modular removable gate for agricultural land in the countryside
Angiolino. I believe I am missing some of your unique requirements; however, a friend of mine has had similar issues on a large tract of very rural land. He built something similar to these. Some were of wood posts, some of scrap metal, some of trees that he needed to clear. It was successful deterring trespassing vehicles. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czech_hedgehog

Rhino pattern /Rhino back/Rhino horn anvils (ie not Rhino brand)
Julian could you provide some information on that attached hardy hole? Was it done to avoid punching through the anvil body, or some other reason?

Show me your anvil stands
Sounds good; thanks Frosty.

Show me your anvil stands
Is there a preferred method of cutting fish plate? American style fish plate for clarification. I ask preferred method because I understand rr track is easier cut from the bottom to the work hardened top.
