I am going to try and get out there this afternoon after i take the wife to work. I will be the guy with my left arm in a splint. September 28, 2025Sep 28 Had a great time. The demos were really fun to watch and the amount of stuff for sale is incredible. Lots of nice folks and lots of cool stuff to look at. The most amazing thing may have been how John got all that stuff in his car! I will certainly bring my truck next time. This is some of the stuff I got. good times and nice to meet John, one of my IFI hero's.
September 28, 2025Sep 28 Author Well, you know what they say about meeting your heroes... It was a great weekend. I didn't spend nearly as much time watching demos as I have in prior years (mostly because my back was hurting, and sitting on those bleachers is not very comfortable!), but I did come away with a few useful tips and tricks -- especially from the traditional joinery sessions and the Heritage Ironwork Conservancy demo -- and quite a lot of loot. Also spent a lot of time hanging out with old friends and new!
