January 5, 20224 yr A Baker tent would probably work fine, especially if you make a rigid external frame from those saplings and suspend the tent inside it.

January 5, 20224 yr I have used a baker tent at demos for many years and had it work fine. My only suggestion is to set the coal forge under the edge of the fly and extend the chimney above the fly edge. You could get a tent chimney jack to put the chimney through the canvas. January 5, 20224 yr Happy New Year, Put a tarp over the outside, call it a Fly. Save getting the drip through the Canvas when it rains. Maybe you don't live on the Wet Coast!! LOL Neil
