Pancho07
Chrismas party for nrcs board members is coming up and they have a white elephant exchange. Several of the members have expressed interest in things that I have made and I wanted to try something new. I like how this turned out, just hope there are some wine drinkers on the board
Frosty
Not bad at all, the leaf came out very nice. I think evening up the twist would look better. Folk on the receiving end are going to love it / them. Frosty The Lucky.

Pancho07
I'm not much of a wine person but I'll have to before I give it away

Bhutton
Nice...I really like the leaf too. Good job!
ausfire
Nice way of raising the veins on the leaf. I'll have to try that! Is the screw part strong enough in mild? I'm thinking a tight cork may straighten it. Or maybe it's stainless?
Pancho07
The screw is a piece of spring steel I had laying around that wasn't quite long enough to be used anywhere else. I got the idea for doing the veins that way from some of Jakob Faram's work.
