Well Folks Joerg Sprave, a man that looks like an 80's action figure and acts like a cartoon has a video where 7kg of round stock ram is sent crashing in what looks like a 20kg peddinghaus anvil using about 200kg worth of theraband gold.

I have watched his slingshot videos. he makes some pretty powerful slingshots.

450 lb draw over 2 feet, moving a 7 lb ram, cobbled together out of burned up boards and a few pine and plywood scraps? Sounds perfectly safe to me.

Like I said he sounds like a cartoon villain, OSHA is not something he worries much about.
