Hyper Iron
Gorgeous. Beautiful Damascus work. Very inspiring. How many folds did you do if you don't mind me asking?
Loneforge
No folding in this one, 3/8" 1084 core with 15n20 and 1095 clad to the out sides. 19 layers all together. Thanks for the compliments guys.
Aden Cassidy
It all looks fantastic, but can you actually grip the bottom of the handle. Looks a bit wide in the pics, also is it going to be a user. Just recently ordered some 15n20, hard to get here in Australia, getting from the US. Can't wait to try damascus.
Loneforge
The handle feels quite nice in the hand and my hands aren't that big. It was a commission job so I'm not sure what the owner's intent is......I can only hope that this little hatchet will be going with him on camping trips. My hope would be that any tools I make get used.

gerald brostek
Nice work. I like the bold pattern that can be seen from a distance. The 1095 and 15N20 give a nice contrast. Here is a double bit I did from 1095 15N20 and a piece of pure nickel. 15 pieces total. Handle of Osage Orange.
