rmouton
very good work on forging. how thick do you make your chunks to forge the end to end pieces ,that you use down the middle pattern? how do you keep them together so they do not move ,when your trying to forge? what billet steel do you use for the cutting edge? Rich Hale
We covered how to weld tiles together for mosaic patterns in blades in the knife making chat advanced series. Each wed eve we have knife chat in the chat room. The logs of all of them have been posted in knife making 101 in the forums...This mosaic work is a very advanced skill. If you are not up to this level then you may wish to print all of the logs and work through them and build skills.
