Here are four bird & trouts that I recently finished. The Damascus is W2, 1065 & 15N20, 124 layers in a Ladder pattern. The guards are 416 stainless steel, the pins are mosiac and the scales are Walrus Ivory. They were delivered as a set.

They are elegant enough to be at the holiday table. Excellent style and execution.
Each one looks to be a little different?

They remind me of the San Francisco style. I've linked a pic of some old serving forks I have with ivory handles.

I agree these are beatiful knives and well made. I have a question I dont understand your title four bird and trouts can you explain that one to me?

The W2 was from flat stock that I traded for. I do also hammer it down from round stock. The flat stock is available, you'll just have to look for it.
The Ivory was furnished by the customer.

The name "Bird and Trout" is basically the size and purpose ot the knife. It's intended for use on upland birds and trout.

Thanks for the compliments.
