bbehnke Posted December 19, 2008 Share Posted December 19, 2008 Here are four bird & trouts that I recently finished. The Damascus is W2, 1065 & 15N20, 124 layers in a Ladder pattern. They remind me of the San Francisco style. I've linked a pic of some old serving forks I have with ivory handles. The flat stock is available, you'll just have to look for it. The Ivory was furnished by the customer. The name "Bird and Trout" is basically the size and purpose ot the knife.
