I actually thought this was another piece made by Stormcrow at first lol. It looks like the bastard child of a katana and a machete.....and I , for one, would be proud to adopt it. Very nice Kachete...Matana....hmmm

I haven't got a chance to use it yet

I am glad the outbreak has not reached you yet and that you are well prepared.

We are having a pretty hard time here and hope foijewoaijljkljkllkjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj

that is a beautiful piece. Loving the Turks head Tsuba! You will have to let us know how it handles.

With that rubberized cord wrap do you think there will be any issues with slipping when wet?

Cant wait for the update

I dig it!  What kind of dimensions are we looking at?

27" long, about 3/16" at the thickest point. I'm a big fan of your stuff by the way, but maybe you could already tell.

More like the Dha and parang than katana

Yeah it's basically a dha with a nontraditional handle.

I rubber-impregnate all my wraps. They're more slippery when wet than bare cord but less so than an epoxied wrap. The wrap itself provides enough texture that I've never had to seriously worry about losing my grip.
