February 8, 201610 yr Do I presume there is no Snail Mail to his location so maybe use todays modern Tech ie internet to look up old tech, phone and address. Maybe he doesn't want to be communicated with.
February 8, 201610 yr I just spoke with him yesterday at my local meeting. First time I've met him and he was a delightful ole man. If you're needin plans for his tire hammer then you need to get in touch with someone else. Last I heard he doesn't deal with that anymore.
February 9, 201610 yr Author Hope he gave someone else permission to sell plans then, that would be a shame to let disappear. Next time I'm that way I guess I'll invest in a few stamps to send his way, don't really want to blow his phone up with probably another call from a random tire hammer plan inquiry.
February 9, 201610 yr I just did some diggin and found myself to be in the wrong earlier, you still order plans from Clay. They cost $30 now and he lives in Somerville Alabama. Hope that helps. Btw send a money order not cash. It would be a shame to lose the money in the mail.
February 9, 201610 yr Clay Spencer personally returned my phone call with just a few hours. His web server crashed and he is using the following email address clay at otelco.net . He said if you need to talk directly with him to use his cell phone 256-five five eight - 3658, both of which he said I could post as public information He is still THE source for power hammer plans.
