June 2, 201511 yr I travel through Amazon.com a couple times a month looking for blacksmith books, usually get one or two often used, don't forget Steve Sells knife book just out available here at IFI, very good info even if slightly interested in knives.
February 25, 201610 yr My old fave is "Plain and Ornamental Forging" by Ernst Schwarzkopf. It's in English.
