I dont ever get the feeling like your bragging, I like when you add your opinion to a subject, you are very clear on what you are trying to say, which is very helpful! I havent seen you come across as rude in any of the posts I have read. If you upset someone then that person can get over it, I DONT think you have tried to hurt anyone. Keep posting!

well, some scrap yards have rail road track, some junk yards may have an anvil, tool shops usually have 50lbers for cheap but they arent amazing anvils... just look up places like that in your area, look for auctions, estate sales. that was my starting place -
