Had to go to the VA outpatient clinic in Hickory, NC this past Wednesday. On my way back to Wilkesboro I stopped in Hiddenite, NC and visited with Glenn1022 at his shop there just outside of town. Had a great visit! Glenn has only been on his present piece of property for a yr and has several projects going (I'm sure we all know how that goes). At any rate he is well on his way! He has a nice shop (sorry..no pics!) and works with both coal and propane. He had some interesting pieces there and had a billet being prepared to weld of more chainsaw damasacus. It's always nice to make new friends in the knifemaking industry. All in all it was a very event filled day! Many thanks to Glenn and his 2 sons!!! Gene
