Rmdobbins
I just picked up this blower in north west Minnesota. I have gathered that it is a champion, but there are no identifiable marks beyond the company name. Any help would be appreciated!
Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
Wow, and I thought I had seen every Champion blower on the market. What I think you have is an old (antique) cream separator base that someone has added the Champion blower to it and made a wooden gear cover. Just as long as it works it's good to go. TWISTEDWILLOW
I agree with Irondragon, that kinda looks like a cream separator base, must have been a dairy smith lol
JHCC
Perhaps a creamsmith. (They were famed for using churning hammers.)
TWISTEDWILLOW
I’ll bet they buttered up the judge!
TWISTEDWILLOW
Lol, I thought you said (framed) JHCC, well now my joke doesn’t make any sense…
JHCC
Not to worry. I follow what I call the "Babe Ruth school of joke-telling": Swing at everything; you'll strike out a lot, but when you connect, it's gonna be a home run!
TWISTEDWILLOW
I’ll keep that in mind JHCC, to bad though I had several ridiculous follow ups mixing dairy in a court room, I’ll just save them for next time lol
ThomasPowers
There will probably be enough churn on this thread to be able to work them in!

TWISTEDWILLOW
I guess as long as you don’t skim over the material you’ll probably get a grade a!
Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
It's funny, I thought your comment "buttered up the judge" was referring to the State/County Fair butter judging.

ThomasPowers
I don't recall De Brie along our route. Of course from Ontario Oregon to Socorro NM; I wasn't allowed to drive.

TWISTEDWILLOW
Your very welcome, Rmdobbins! Lol sometimes we get way off subject on a tangent of jokes but everyone means we’ll! back to your original post again I think Irondragon was right I think someone engineered that blower to fit on a cream separator stand, but as long as it works and blows plenty of air to run your forge then I say use it! Hook that dude up and have fun forging!
Frosty
Sorry about that RM, sometimes we get lost in the punnishment and by time someone reminds us there was a serious question, the side track is a feta accompli.
