SLAG
T.P., My considered response to your kindly post, is a phrase learned by watching the quiz show "Win Ben Stein's money". Namely, "Yes Indeedy!". SLAG.

ThomasPowers
Learn not to step or put your hands places you can't see; don't forget spiders as well as herps!
Scott NC
Thanks SLAG, boots I understand. Chaps I'll look into. We only have scary garter snakes here. And some really scary bull snakes. At least snakes can't swarm at you through the air like yellow jackets. Herps, Thomas? Is this something I should know about?

Scott NC
Thanks. Pretty obvious in retrospect. I get in too big of a hurry and thought it was a new insect, reptile or unknown to fret over.

Eastern Diamondback rattlesnakes, pygmy rattlesnakes, timber rattlesnake, eastern coral, copperhead, and cottonmouth or water moccasin.
