Chris Comtois
My daughter saw a jewelry tree in a fancy store and asked if I could make one. Here is my first pass. Learned a few things I would do differently, by we're both pleased with the result.
Daswulf
Nice work Chris. There is a lot to like about it. I have thought about making some of these because I know some people that make and sell jewelry. Could be a good seller.
HEAP of JEEP
That's great. I've been wanting to make one to show off the pendents I make at a craft show I have coming up, but I just hope I can come somewhere close to yours. My fear is I'll make something butt ugly to show off some otherwise decent pendents. At least I feel inspired now. lol
Frosty
Nicely done Chris. How stable is it? A jewelry trees are an almost unlimited realm. I can see the twisted trunk of yours opened enough to slip some cut crystals or pretty marbles in. A little brass brushing would look nice, give it a little bark color effect. I like it a lot, the girl is going to love it. Well done! Frosty The Lucky.
Mark Ling
I have also thought about making one! it would be for displaying key chains at craft shows. Littleblacksmith
Dustin Quade
Looks great, did you weld on the smaller branches or actually split and draw them out?
