December 18, 200916 yr They most likely are good steel for blades. If all else fails and you've allready made her mad. Bag them two at a time in some small tough sacks and hand them out to buddies for trailer ball ornaments. That'll stop her from askin next time. Humphry
December 18, 200916 yr Paint one white, mark "Titelist" on it and accidentally see it makes it way onto your buddy's golf tee... Or- weld one onto square stock for a hardie post and make giant acanthus leaves

December 19, 200916 yr You may want to keep several and (0H dare I say it) build a box. Fill the box with ball bearings and use them as roller bearings to move heavy objects. (Jr Strasil used golf balls but it is the same idea) I'm having difficulty visualizing this, will someone pull out the big crayons and draw me a pic?
December 19, 200916 yr My original thought was a great concept but upon reflection, the ball bearing will have to travel, outside the box. Much like pipe being used as a roller bearing, you have to take the pipe from the back and move it to the front as the load progresses. Sorry about the false start.
December 19, 200916 yr i got some of these, in the mail. those mail bags. You can put anything in there that will fit for a flat rate. I got mine from ebay, the mail lady wasn't too happy though!. Made hardys with them. But these was just plain steel, repro cannon balls. they were easy to weld, but very handy.
