October 2, 200916 yr Excellent work like always. I've always admired how your forgings have a definite texture, but still have such clean lines. I'll have to put something like this on my increasingly long "to-do" list. It may have a bottle opener instead of a corkscrew, though, to better suit a more blue-collar market.
October 2, 200916 yr That put a smile on my face! Interesting concept, and wonderful execution. Thank you for sharing Phil
October 2, 200916 yr pardon me Hofi, fantastic work! is there blue prints on how to do the cork screw. ive never seen it done. Kashmire
October 2, 200916 yr Those axes are great! I showed my dad and said he would love to have an ax like that to "scare of the savages that try to steal my wine!" He has quite a collection of wine, over 2000 bottles! What kind of steel did you use to make those? I wish I could get those smooth and eliquent lines of transition that you seem effortlessly display in all of your elements of forging. Thanks again!
October 2, 200916 yr brilliant mr hofi, and very mad - youve made that look like a perfectly reasonable addition to an axe!
October 2, 200916 yr That is so cool an original swiss army ax. I love it. Great work!! Looking forward to seeing more of your inventions. Keep hammerin on...
October 3, 200916 yr I made a combination mace bottle opener once... not nearly as elegant or refined as that, but my client was happy! Lost the pics to a hard drive crash...
