Hey guys! I've been reading and reading and more reading on the boards for awhile, so I thought I would introduce myself. I am a complete beginner to smithing. This is something I've always wanted to pursue and I finally figured why not just DO IT! lol I'm in the midst of constructing my brake drum forge. I plan on doing the RR track anvil for now but will save up for a real anvil later. I plan on making small stuff starting out, learn how to move the metal before I tackle any big tasks. I frequent the chat a lot just to talk to different people and hear what they have to say. I'm super stoked to start this. By the way this site is AWESOME!! especially for a newbie like me so knowledgeable and people are so friendly I Thanks for reading sorry for the long speel :)
