Archie, originally I was scared I had killed the yeast. I pitched it in way too soon, it was still very warm. However, it is fermenting. It bubbles, and it has that "alcohol" smell. (A very strong alcohol smell!)
I figure mine will be done sooner than three weeks, as all I have is honey, water and raisins. I'll rack it to the bottles, and let it finish the secondary fermentation in there. I'll put balloons on top of course. Don't want any explosions!
