I'm Clint and I'm new to blacksmithing and I'm looking for a guild around St. Cloud. My cousin Preston is in a guild.

Hey, folks I'm new to blacksmithing, located within the MN Metro, and looking to meet people of the craft. I know this subforum has been inactive a few years, but hopefully that doesn't mean it's dead! If there's nothing planned for this spring/summer, is there anyone interested in getting something put together? Even if we don't get more than a dozen people to show up, I'd love to just pick someone's brain and talk shop. Take care!

Hello all I'm in Northern Mn and I am wondering where I could get like 100 or more lbs of charcoal (not a semi-trailer) full though haha, either that or does someone have quite a bit of coal or charcoal they would be willing to part with for reasonable prices? and if anyone knows off hand what would the Min. order be, the price of the orders and also delivery? Hello everyone Im in northern Mn located By Hibbing, approximately 75 miles north of Duluth, I'm wondering if there is anyone that is close to my area that I could join up with or within reasonable driving distance that I could meet and garner some advice and hopefully some practice.. I am new to the art and I'd like to learn from someone bc. I am more of a see it get it explained and then try it kind of learner. PS. Hello, new to the site, and to the art. Does anyone know of a school/seminar/class in Central Minnesota that I could learn the basics? I am 27 yr. old, work for a utility, and live in Sauk Rapids. Any ideas/help would be appreciated!!!

I am have a little trouble making a round ball like a ball bearing in the square stock. I want make to of them in the bar. I want to add a new look to the canddle hoddlers that I make, Please help

one reason I reuse cling I smash into small peices and reuse it. Because it burns it up at the same time. It been saving me alot of coke alot. I guss you can you can call it recycleing
